1. Commitment to Data Privacy

At VhBuyio Technologies Inc. (vhbuyio.in), we respect your absolute right to document confidentiality. We believe that your financial reports, legal contracts, resumes, and personal documents should remain private at all times.

2. File Upload & Automatic Purging

When you upload a PDF file for conversion to Word (.doc / .docx):

• Your file is transmitted over end-to-end 256-bit TLS/SSL encrypted sockets.
• Conversion processing occurs in temporary volatile RAM memory on isolated cloud nodes.
• All uploaded PDF files and generated DOC documents are permanently destroyed from our servers after 60 minutes.

3. Zero Data Mining or AI Training

We do NOT read, inspect, categorize, or train artificial intelligence / machine learning models on your documents. Your files are processed algorithmically for format translation only.
